The Opportunity Our client is a not-for-profit organisation committed to supporting both rural communities, and other organisations who support rural communities. Our client's mission is to provide economic and empathetic assistance to rural communities affected by natural disaster. The role Located in Acacia Ridge, this role will be reporting to the Human Resources Manager. A typical day will see you performing Human Resources Administration functions. This is a two month temporary contract which may be extended, depending on the needs of the client. Duties: General administrative duties, including scanning and filing documents Collecting data regarding employee engagement surveys Creating organisational flow charts Data entry Reviewing company policies and procedures Formatting and maintaining company records Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will possess: 2-3 years experience in HR administration The ability to multi-task and manage priorities Experience using a Human Resource Information System Exposure to a payroll system is highly advantageous Well-developed interpersonal skills High attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a professional approach How to Apply If you are interested in this fantastic opportunity, please click APPLY or contact Genevieve at [email removed] or (07) 3228 8432.
