Representing this world-renowned brand, you’ll be responsible for delivering an unforgettable end to end service from the initial sales enquiry to any other requests pre-departure. Sales or industry experience is desirable but not essential as full training and support is provided. More important is a passion for travel and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service. What’s on offer: Salary: £18000 - £18500 per annum (plus bonus) Working Hours: 5 days per week (including some weekends) Hours per week: 40 Holiday pay: 28 days per year Excellent staff benefits Free parking Your main responsibilities will include: Sell a range of products including Tours, Flights, Excursions, Upgrades and Transfers. Provide clients with excellent product knowledge and customer service skills. Maximise all up-sell and switch-sell opportunities. To meet and exceed personal objectives such as revenue, conversion and productivity targets. Demonstrate a total commitment to delivering fantastic customer service, with the aim of securing repeat clients. The ideal candidate: Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and selling skills. Self-motivated. Professional attitude. Excellent telephone manner. Travel experience desirable.
