What you’ll do daily; As the Member Services Specialist, you’ll lead the way ensuring that our Members always receive exceptional service, whilst offering all of our Open products and importantly help everyone we talk to understand what we are all about. You will also be dealing with our Broker and Partner network to help them deliver exceptional service. In particular, you will: BE YOU!! Someone who is empathetic, Member focused, community-minded and environmentally aware. Ensure that Members receive an amazing experience when trying to finalise their insurance requirements. Explain clearly the features and benefits gained when joining the Open movement - not just for the Member, but the benefits for the community and the environment.
