Due to staffing rotations internally, we are currently seeking for experienced professionals to join their business as a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead (APAC). Working within Regional HQ based in Singapore, the incumbent will be reporting to the Business GM and managing a remote team of 5-6 on-site recruiters to handle the increasing talent needs of APAC. Additionally, the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for executing the talent solution in accordance to corporate strategy via online & offline sources. On the business front, the candidate will be working closely with the senior business leaders across the region on recruitment issues, market intelligence, job scope requirement gathering & design, vendor selection, and hiring reports. Successful candidates can expect to work in a collaborative environment with a challenging cross functional recruitment portfolio across Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Business Development, Legal and Commercial functions.
