The Role The ideal candidate will have released multiple Xamarin apps commercially and will have a proven track record working as part of a cross functional scrum team. We are seeking proactive, technology focused individuals with best in class development principles. On this team, coding is only part of what we do. Our real focus is on delivery, with backend, frontend and QA working closely together to create, deploy and test solutions. Our solutions will be deployed to a variety of complex environments and used by thousands of hospital patients and staff worldwide. Expect a rewarding and challenging experience. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a similar related discipline 5+ years working experience in mobile app development Cross-platform development using Xamarin with strong programming skills in C# Experience integrating with REST APIs to connect apps to back-end services Solid understanding of the mobile development life cycle and UI/UX standards Experience working in a CI/CD Environment, ideally having worked with Octopus Action-oriented, with strong initiative and the ability to solve problems creatively Committed to achieving success for customers Experience integrating with third party libraries and APIs Experience in publishing Android apps Experience with Android SDKs, API's & Knox An appreciation of the need for automation testing and the willingness to contribute to the updating and maintaining of test suites – Appium experience is beneficial You are willing to pull up your sleeves and get stuck in with your team mates to solve unique problems. The ideal candidate should have valid work authorisation for Ireland.
