Are you going to help our customers with onboarding on our Onetrail platform? Do you like customer contact and would you like to help customers automate their trading processes? We are looking for an Delivery Consultant to expand our team. Who are we looking for? A highly communicative and analytical colleague who is sufficiently experienced and able to connect customers to the Onetrail products and services in a independent and fast way. You are customer oriented, a technical background is a plus. As a (future) Delivery Consultant, we expect you to be a communicative and analytical colleague who brings sufficient baggage to independently guide clients to connect to the services of Onetrail in the short term. You are a go-getter who is aware that working in a growing organisation means you will need a certain level of independence and the ability to handle any challenge you may encounter. What will you be doing? As a Delivery Consultant you will be responsible for providing technical advice and setting up the technical messages for the customers and providing guidance during the on boarding process. Your activities will include system configurations, GAP analyses and setting up communication and testing in collaboration with the customer. As an Delivery Consultant you will be part of the Delivery department, where you will be working together with your Sales and Development colleagues. The Delivery department itself consists of Project Managers, EDI Customer and Support Consultants. You will mainly be working with XML messages. Knowledge of AS2, SFTP and SOAP will form the basis of this position, in addition to your consultancy skills. You have knowledge of business and trade processes. Responsibilities: Executing GAP analyzes for new trading partners to be connected at both functional and technical level; Supporting the Sales department during the pre and after sales phase for new trading partners to be connected to the Trading Partner Network; Instructing the customer, integration consultant or external development partner about the technical requirements to successfully connect to Onetrail; Ensure the technical design of a trading partner and communication with the trading partner; Responsible for checking all codes, a correct technical setup and the technical sign-off; Providing second-line support when the code indicates production problems. We ask: Professional and intellectual capacities at an secondary vocational education level; Knowledge of XML and Edifact; Knowledge of executing GAP analyses; Familiar with business / trade / EDI processes; Familiar with communication standards such as AS2, SFTP and HTTP. Good command of the Dutch and English language; Team player mentality, large empathy skills and curious.
