Job Title: Finance Director General Description: Under general supervision of the Executive VP of Operations, and in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer, the One to One Health Finance Director is a reliable professional with broad knowledge of all accounting, financial and business principles. The Finance Director must be a strategic thinker and effective leader who can make the most profitable decisions. The goal is to guide One to One Health towards profitability and long-term success while ensuring the services offered exceed the expectations of our clients and patients. Major Areas of Responsibility: Supervising accounting staff Managing internal controls Setting financial targets Implementing fundraising strategies Engaging with investors Conducting feasibility studies Monitoring expenditure Overseeing annual insurance Monitoring cash flow Evaluating investments Developing and directing financial strategy and planning Analyzing and reporting on financial performance Overseeing audit and tax functions Developing and implementing accounting policies Preparing forecasts and comprehensive budgets Reviewing departmental budgets Assessing, managing and minimizing risk Analyzing complex financial data Job Requirements In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management software Excellent organizational and leadership skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities An analytical mind with strategic ability Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Proven experience as Finance Director or similar role Advanced degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field preferred CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus Job Type: Full-time Experience: finance /accounting: 5 years (Preferred) finance: 1 year (Preferred) accounting: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: One location Schedule: Monday to Friday
