As a Housing Options Officer, we’ll look to you to work within a team delivering a high-quality Housing Options service. This is a customer facing role based at our Lovell House office and within our neighbourhoods. You will provide comprehensive housing options advice to customers and carry out assessments of applications for rehousing made to One Manchester. You will be responsible for the allocation, viewing and letting of empty One Manchester homes and will provide a personalised and flexible service ensuring new One Manchester tenants receive the advice and support they need to make a success of their new home. You’ll possess high quality customer service and communication skills and be highly motivated with a drive to get things done, working with a range of teams to make a real difference and achieve the best outcomes for our customers. You’ll understand local housing markets and priorities, be competent in managing a varied and often demanding schedule and be able to work with a positive outlook under pressure.
