One Community Health is looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our Team! This is a unique role which will include a variety of tasks including coordination of safety efforts, acting as an advocate for a positive patient environment and experience, assisting with escalated patient situations, and providing support to various teams including reception. Job Specific Functions: 1. Responsible for promoting a positive environment that is safe and secure for patients, visitors and staff. 2. Coordination of monthly safety drills and training efforts. 3. Respond immediately to panic/fire alarms upon activation during working hours. 4. Assist in providing directions to patients entering the building. Issue visitor passes for non-patient, non-employee visitors here to present or attend meetings onsite. 5. Observe and report unauthorized or inappropriate activities to operations for safety and/or security concerns. 6. Confirm patient appointments not confirmed via text message. 7. Run reports to assist in the scheduling of patient appointments. 8. Resolve check-outs for patients that may not be finalized. 9. Process Patient Satisfaction Surveys. 10. Conduct clinic rounds to ensure cleanliness, security, and patient satisfaction. Communicate any unusual findings to Site Director and/or Facilities Manager. 11. Assist team members by covering lunch or breaks as needed. 12. Provide escort to patients and staff from building to their vehicles upon request. 13. Monitor and provide access control to pedestrian traffic inside the clinic and in our parking lot. 14. Complete incident reports as needed and submit to Site Director. 15. Participate in safety committee or other patient experience groups, as needed. Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Customer service oriented. Interact with a diverse group of customers including patients, visitors and employees. Able to respond to a variety of needs and work pressures created by colleagues, patients, and members of the public including rapid response emergencies Excellent communication skills. Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness & substance use disorder. Relevant experience in patient de-escalation. Experience working with an interdisciplinary team highly preferred. Must have prior experience in customer service. Preferred but not required: Bilingual Experience in healthcare setting highly preferred.
