MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Review of fund administrator & investment monthly accounting reports & tax returns Oversee external auditors and tax agents with regards to funds audit and tax matters Review, allocate and approval of invoices and expenses for Investments, SPVs and Funds Review & in charge of the monthly financial consolidation Make sure that all regulatory filings are submitted on time QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate audit / RE or PE fund audit / Real Estate fund accounting related experience are preferred Undergraduate accounting degree & CPA / ACCA qualification preferred Good communication in Mandarin & English is a must, good written skills in both Chinese & English Strong attention to detail Immediate available is highly preferred
