Claims Analyst (3 months project based, regular employment) is responsible in processing medical claims timely for employee reimbursement or insurance, and ensure any issues or exceptions related to employee’s claims are communicated timely to concerned parties. QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Nursing or equivalent. At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is a plus, fresh graduate may also apply Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent must have strong wok ethics able to work independently in high volume and with accuracy and timeliness DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, processing and adjudications claims Authorize the appropriate payment or refer/escalate claims to concerned parties for further review. Adjudicate claims, Analyze validity and identify trends and provide report if necessary. Communicate any discrepancy of claims Consistently meets established productivity, schedule adherence and quality standards. Suggest any process improvement ideas to team lead that would greatly impact the process. Attend to any developmental trainings for career and personal development.
