1. Functioning as the IT Support Engineer, this role adopts and provides the best “customer service provider” experience to the studio’s supported staff in all areas of IT services & provision. 2. To fully manage, support and attend to all staffs promptly and efficiently across all departments by providing solutions to any technical issues related to hardware, software, network, servers, etc. so as to establish our IT infrastructure as a competitive advantage besides minimising any operational and production risks. 3. Responsible for all aspects of the studio’s network, server and core infrastructure, including but not limited to installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, monitoring security procedures, capacity planning and maintenance of all computer hardware and software systems in the studios. 4. Proactively mitigate risks and fix potential issues before they happen and ensure all systems and services needed for a smooth production is always readily available. 5. To configure, maintain and improve in-house servers, network functions, render farms by regular checking and through discussions with the related departments, and ensure the core infrastructure are sufficient to support the projects that the team is working on. 6. Ensure all staffs’ workstations are equipped with necessary production tools such as proper software, updated patches and licenses to carry out their work efficiently on daily basis. 7. Conduct monthly and/or quarterly maintenance checks on all equipment to avoid any undetected hazards and unauthorised installations by any staffs. 8. Maintain and update company’s website with the recent news and changes when required. Work with key stakeholders on software projects as when required. 9. Maintain proper documentation of licenses, hardware and software inventories and ensure that records are up to date and properly presented. Monthly IT reports are required. 10. To always maintain cleanliness and tidiness of working areas, and making it pleasant for everyone not limited to the IT workspaces, personal desk area, server room and storage areas. 11. Work closely with the studio management, IT management, TD, CG supervisor or any stakeholders in optimising the current pipeline and build a robust and efficient workflow by providing the required underlaying infrastructure. 12. Work on any other IT or tech related matters or projects as when required by different stakeholders internal or external. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: $3,000.00 to $4,000.00 /month Experience: IT Support: 3 years (Preferred)
