Your Opportunity: We are seeking a Full Time Customer Operations Specialist to join us on a 12-month maximum term contract. This role is based in Notting Hill, Melbourne with potential opportunities to work remotely. You will be reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, who is dynamic, supportive, empowering and goes above and beyond to set up her team for success. Our Customer Operations Team are proactive group who are dedicated to our customer, they ensure we meet and exceed expectations and are always looking for ways to do things smarter and faster. The team are the key contact point for Olympus’ customers and are responsible for effective coordination of customer repairs, to enable customers to minimise any patient downtime. Our Customer Operations Team provide coverage for our business Australia wide from 7am – 7pm AEST. Other responsibilities include liaising with staff across the organisation to resolve issues, repair quoting, loan equipment management, credits and customer feedback management. You will have the ability to communicate at all levels confidently and with a personable and professional manner. Experience in utilising SAP and be competent with MS Excel is highly desirable.
