You will have a strong background in either the health or social care sectors, and a minimum of two years teaching within the subject area. You will also have the drive and a genuine desire to improve the life chances of our learners. With the arrival of T Levels in 2021/2022 you will be at the forefront of developing and delivering this new curriculum, therefore you will need to have current and relevant experience within your vocational field and enjoy the challenge of bringing these experiences to life within the classroom. You will be required to provide a supportive and professional environment that will enhance the development of our talented and enthusiastic learners. You will be expected to be organised with excellent time management and administrative skills. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and show a flexible and professional attitude. You will be educated to at least degree level and possess a relevant teaching qualification and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of teaching at levels 1 - 3.
