The right candidate will be highly analytical, comfortable collaborating in a dynamic fast-paced environment while demonstrating leadership, technical competence and meticulousness. Job Responsibilities Take charge of products from conception to delivery, working strategically to organize new ideas and bring them to life Collaborate with product, client success, and development teams to design and deliver outstanding new products and features within the OfficeSpace platform Develop detailed, business requirements and user stories that will facilitate the creation of product specifications and architecture decisions Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, profitability and customer support load Ensure a successful release and adoption of the products under your charge Required Skills & Qualifications 3-5+ years working in product management, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibilities Highly organized with strong project management skills Ability to translate product strategy into detailed requirements Strong software and app design skills Ability to manage feature requests and prioritize work for the team Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an affinity for socializing product complexity with ease to a variety of audiences Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in a start-up environment Experience working alongside a wide range of stakeholders Experience with managing products for complex enterprise software Benefits: Extended health care Vision care Dental care Life insurance Disability insurance Flexible working hours Vacation & paid time off Work from home opportunities Employee assistance programs Casual dress Company events & social hours Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience: Product Management: 1 year (Preferred)
