Full time maintenance person required for a busy property management company. If you’re the person we’re looking for you will: Have a good knowledge of the maintenance trade Have building or hotel maintenance experience. Have skills in the use of related tools (hand & electrical tools) Have good problem-solving skills. Have a strong attention to detail and being able to identify where maintenance attention is required. Have good communication skills. Be friendly, confident, positive and customer-focused, a team player. Have basic computer skills. Have a full clean drivers licence Flexibility is required within this role. You may be required to be available for some scheduled on-call emergency work outside of normal office hours. Salary: Excellent salary and benefits DOE. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience: maintenance: 3 years (Required)
