Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Work with the operations team to ensure building services and M&E System are serviced as per contract and schedule Evaluate and supervise vendors/contractors for maintenance, servicing and repair works Ensure proper filing, records and licenses are up to date as required by Authorities Follow through the tender, evaluation and recommendation of service term contracts, adhoc works for maintenance and fire safety, as well as its administration and management Assist in implementation of Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI) whenever required Requirements: NiTec or Diploma in Engineering, facilities, real estate/building management; preferably with technical knowledge and above to do hands-on 1 to 2 years relevant experience, fresh graduates welcome to apply Customer service oriented Able to communicate effective with different level Meticulous and strong attention to details Good planning and organization skills Self-motivated and independent Comfortable with troubleshooting and resolving issues
