Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: Implement new automation systems/ modules and processes Setup and troubleshoot of newly built Machines Carry out Internal buyoff of newly built Machines Maintain Setup WI Assist with new technology assemblies and activities Perform Poka-Yoke validation and equipment specifications Work to improve current issues, assist with launches, safety needs, equipment installation, trails runs and will communicate with manufacturing and production associates Audit production system level assembly for machine specification and conformance Job Requirements: Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent Minimum 5 years is Mechanical Automation Assembly Understanding of machinery, materials, processing and troubleshooting of precision/ automation equipment Experience implementing process improvements Mechanical troubleshooting skills Coaching mentality with a desire and willingness to teach others Self-motivated and driven personality. Good team player
