Responsibilities and Duties Maintaining the accounts and finance operations Prepare monthly, quarterly and year end closing reports Provide variance and cost analysis report to monitor actual cost and expenses against budget/business plan and highlight improvement areas in terms of cost savings wherever required Ensure accurate and timely preparation and review of schedules/reconciliation for all balance sheet and income statement accounts Reviewing and processing expense reports,updating asset files,performing bank reconciliations Responsible for internal procurement and payments with proper approval process Responsible for daily cash reconciliation and monthly bank reconciliation Perform various financial analysis as required by the senior team members Assist manager in fund management and cash flow analysis Finalising of Balance sheet,Annual filing, ITR filing with CA Timely and accurate filing and reporting of all tax and statutory compliance including TDS,Form 16, 16A, GST, STPI, Softex, RBI compliance,SFT, Form 61 filing, etc Responsible for liaising with external parties like Bank, Auditor, CA, consultants Required Experience and Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience and expertise in effectively using financial accounting tools such as Tally, Quickbooks, Zoho etc Knowledge & awareness of statutory compliances and updates Must have extremely strong MS Excel skills. GS Suite knowledge and experience preferred Strong understanding of strategic business processes Excellent operational acumen Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving aptitude Financial modeling expertise is a plus Total Experience : 2-3 Years Salary : Lucrative salary package Location : Mohali Interested candidates can apply here or directly reach us on +91 172 424 8888.
