About OMRON
Join our dedicated regional team of Robot Service Department and gain international exposure implementing new service standards! The role is located in Timisoara, at OMRON Romania office location. As Robot Service Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers in Romania and Hungary. Duties And Responsibilities Planning and executing onsite services for customers and system vendors Hotline support for customers in the area mentioned above Planning and implementing repairs (in-house repairs) Planning, organising and running seminars/ training at our location in Timisoara Preparing, continuing and extending service documentation Possibly accruing hotline support and onsite services at the weekend Preparing information for quotations about possible service performances Entering the service projects in the CRM system Consulting customers concerning a service strategy Reporting quality defects and problems (quality control, engineering) Active registration in the CRM system and corresponding database maintenance of products installed at the customer Supporting other locations in Europe Education, Skills And Experience Completed apprenticeship in mechatronics/electromechanics Further training as technician or Bachelor of Engineering Min. 2-year experience in maintenance and repair of robot hardware mechanics and electronics Know-how in the programming of robot systems (Know-how in automation (PLC, Vision) will be a welcomed added value) English (spoken and written, it is the primary language) Driving license class B Our Offer Work in a successful, sales-oriented, international company; Always the latest innovative technology; Performance-oriented income; Company car – also for private use; Development opportunities within the company To apply for this opportunity, please fill in the application and send your resume and a cover letter in English.
