Norwich City Football Club is looking to recruit an energetic and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to lead the Club’s Digital activity. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible the day-to-day relationship with the Club’s Digital Marketing agency, tasked with transforming this area of the business to ultimately drive commercial growth. If successful, you will use your experience and commercial mind-set to help the Club achieve measurable improvements in the following areas: - Ticketing (GA and Hospitality) - Memberships - Retail - Delia’s Canary Catering (Delia’s Restaurant & Bar, Conference, Meetings and Events, and Special Events) - Sales products In the role, you will act as the first port of call for all internal digital marketing requests as well as requests from external stakeholders, working collaboratively with the Club’s Digital Marketing agency to drive growth in the Digital area. You will therefore need to work to tight deadlines and have the ability to manage expectations and prioritise activity based on business needs. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience within Digital Marketing, whether in-house or within an agency, and will be ready to take on the challenge of revolutionising the Club’s Digital activity. Other ideal attributes include: · An analytical mind-set, using past performance to shape future activity · Proactive approach to monitoring campaigns, keeping abreast of the latest Digital Marketing trends and industry best practice. · Willingness to find and develop new revenue streams · Excellent communication and people skills · Highly organised A passion for sport and a working knowledge of the football industry are desirable but not essential.
