We are looking for someone to provide an effective and high quality reception service and an efficient professional administration service for colleagues in the Neighbourhood Housing Teams. InIn In this busy role you will carry out a variety of reception duties, and administrative tasks and processes. You are the first point of contact for customer queries both face to face and over the telephone, so you will have an ability to understand and communicate effectively. We are looking to recruit a proactive person who is customer focused, with excellent telephone and administrative skills. You will be based at Whitemoss Road office, however cover at our Cheetham and Monsall Street offices will be required, therefore you should be flexible and adaptable to change. You will need to have the ability to work on your own initiative, and have a passion for delivering a first class customer experience, with exceptional communication skills to ensure a high quality service is provided.
