To Our Next HR Director, North Hill is a luxury CCRC (continuing care retirement community) on the border between Needham and Wellesley. We provide the full continuum of senior living services, from independent living to assisted living to skilled nursing. For our residents, our goal is to be the best. Although we have a beautiful physical campus on 60 acres, what really makes North Hill special is the people (we have approximately 400 team members) and the culture. You are an articulate leader who builds trust with your HR team and your colleagues on my leadership team. Building a human resources function that is a best in service organization is your passion. You roll up your sleeves and bring efficiency to the mechanics of HR while also contributing to the big-picture strategy. Training and developing our qualified and motivated staff are top priorities.
