Nordea Technology team In Nordea we assure quality through automation, self-service features, chatbots and innovation. We build deployment processes, coordinate releases, let technology monitor itself and collect statistics. We are also strengthening the value and use of data-related activities across the whole group. This allows Nordea to provide better, more relevant customer experiences not only in the digital space but also in our branches for our customers. Within our Software Development we have teams that develop powerful algorithms for our in-house systems. With our technologies, we are providing really important backend core services for the bank. We have in-house or vendor systems that are specialized for specific trading areas. We either buy best-of-breed platforms that are running in-house, out of cloud or that are developed by ourselves if that brings us competitive advantage.
