As our new International Wholesale Manager, you will join a trendy and edgy denim brand, where you will get a high level of responsibility and direct impact on our brand’s continued growth. About the role We are looking for a result-oriented and energetic International Wholesale Manager who knows that only results count - and that doing ‘ok’ is not ok. You will be a part of the management team and contribute to the further development of our business by securing increased turnover and conquering market shares on current and new markets. You will have the strategic responsibility for our wholesale business and you will be deeply involved in the product development process, ensuring that the product range is continually developed to meet the markets’ needs. To succeed, you will travel around the world to meet key accounts face to face with the purpose of building up and maintaining long-term relationships. You will get leadership responsibility for 6 direct reports based in Aarhus as well as professional management responsibility of 10 international sales colleagues based in our key markets, whom you support and motivate to deliver the absolute best results. As a leader, you will naturally set the direction for your team and ensure that everyone works towards the same goals. More specifically your tasks will be to: Secure an efficient and well-organised wholesale organisation with a continuously high performance level Develop, execute and follow-up on sales strategies Secure the best product - at the best price - at the right time Manage sales budgets, including monitoring and following up on sales figures Plan and follow-up on campaigns, events and sales initiatives in cooperation with our Sales and Marketing department Ensure a close cooperation with customers, colleagues and key accounts Ensure that Noisy May is presented with a strong brand DNA. Qualifications Several years of international sales experience, preferable from the fashion industry Excellent and recognized leadership and management skills Solid business understanding and business-acumen Fluent in English and German, written and spoken Personality As a person and a leader, you are confident and possess a high personal drive, making you a role model to your colleagues. You are motivated by achieving results, and you know how to inspire and motivate your colleagues to perform their best. Since you will play a crucial role in our business, it is important that you have a strategic mindset and the competencies to identify new opportunities combined with the persistence to fulfil and complete them. You are a natural at communicating and building relations, which is brought to life when you motivate your employees, negotiate with partners and cooperate with buyers and other internal stakeholders.
