Primary location-Nashik (Travel across PAN India) Starting- As early as possible Type-Permanent Full-Time/ Part-time/Internship/Trainee What challenges to face? Attending exhibitions across PAN India and developing partners Furnishing tenders using respective online tools Managing installation team of 15 through project management techniques Presenting technical solutions and acquiring new customers Managing virtual teams and reporting progress of multi-state projects Arranging maintenance campaigns and improving after sales service & cross-selling Planning & executing our installation projects from initiation to final handover Managing inventory of raw material across projects and co-ordinating for replenishment with vendor management techniques Co-ordinating activities for Customer relationship management Preparing & online reporting of project documents-expenses, inventory, staff status plan etc. What we expect? Successfully completed B.E. Mechanical/Chemical/Production and/or MBA-Marketing/Finance with good grades Experience in the field of healthcare industry (upto 1 year) but not mandatory As a Junior position-Candidate’s age should not be more than 27 years at the time of application As a Junior position- total work experience after Diploma/Degree graduation should not be more than 1.5 years No year drop throughout Educational career Candidates with practical experience gathered in the form of internship, student jobs will be preferred Software skills-MS Office-advanced level (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), Autodesk AutoCAD-basic level. Knowledge of MS Project will be an advantage Excellent user knowledge of: (Mandatory)a) OS e.g. Windows 10 & Android OS e.g. Windows 10 & Android Cloud solutions e.g.-DropBox, Ms OneDrive, Google Drive (Sheets/Doc/Slides) Remote Control solutions-e.g. Teamviewer Web-browsing in Google Crome with apps like Evernote for Web-clipping & extensions like-AnyDo,Skype,Cisco WebEx,Google Calendar etc. Candidates with valid driving license-LMV will be preferred Basic knowledge about taxation-VAT, Excise, IT returns, Balance sheet, P&L, Service Tax, Professional Tax etc. is expected Excellent user knowledge of online banking,NEFT,RTGS,mobile banking etc. is expected Knowledge of lean tools will be an advantage Languages: Business Fluent English is mandatory (Must have attended English Medium or Convent School), Hindi, Marathi. Other languages will be advantage. Willingness to travel (70% across PAN India) We are willing also to give chance to fresh graduates Excellent social skills, team player, ability to work in stressful situations etc. Ability to lead teams, assertive, excellent communicative skills with professional appearance.
