NikSoft is currently conducting a search for a Cybersecurity Training Developer/Instructor to add to its team in support of the United States Postal Service's Cybersecurity program. The successful candidate will experience an unparalleled large-scale enterprise environment with over 800 Information Technology systems, processing billions of dollars in annual revenue and supporting a diverse user base spread across the entire US. Join the NikSoft team to scale your career to the next level. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will lead the development and coordination of the enterprise cybersecurity training program. Specific duties and activities include: Assessing technical and legal trends that will impact cybersecurity activities; design and implement agency-wide security awareness training program. Coordinate with other agencies to develop integration plans for new training courses to be included into existing curricula. Analyze annual reports and legal requirements of FISMA. Lead process improvement teams in training gaps analysis to determine training gaps within an organization; identify additional training needs, synthesize research and findings to present training needs to agency stakeholders, and develop strategic security awareness and training programs. Develop training performance metrics to determine the effectiveness of training and training programs. Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree; Science, Business, Education, Training, HR or related field (Master's Preferred) 10+ years of experience in the development and delivery of training for end-users, staff and other stakeholders. 10+ years experience in training capacity. 10+ years creating Training Documentation. 10+ years proven experience in designing multiple training events in a production /manufacturing setting. 10+ years proven experience in designing multiple training events in a production /manufacturing setting. Experience organizing and operating a training delivery program with client collaboration, and for a geographically dispersed set of participants. One or more of the following certifications: CompTIA Net+, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), or other relevant certs. ****Candidates must be able to obtain a Postal Sensitive Clearance (US Citizenship or Green Card required). Additionally, candidates must not have traveled outside of the USA for a combined period not to exceed 6 months within the last 5 years.***
