Manage a small business IT network (basic level); Set up and maintain notebooks, router and other IT equipment; Trouble shoot and resolve IT problems/issues; Set up online questionnaires for external internet surveys; and Set up script for telephone interviews. Requirements: At least an NITEC certification/Diploma in IT and/or IT-related courses (e.g., Computer Science, Computing, Communication Technology, etc.,).
