We are looking for a Medical Support Specialist to help answer customer questions, direct plans of care, and guide customers through the wellness recommendations as suggested by our premiere Medical Staff. The Medical Support Specialists will be highly effective at supporting our customers in having an experience that enhances their overall health and well-being. Maintains a level of knowledge conducive to Next|Health’s services; providing high quality, competitive and kind interactions, and integrated medical care to every patient. They will also maintain and oversees the Nurse Practitioner| NH Customer Experience and Flow. STANDARD JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The Medical Support Specialist assists and has oversight of opening daily responsibilities. The Medical Support Specialist maintains and executes oversight of Hormone patients; including initial patient processes and recurring patient processes. The Medical Support Specialist will also support and maintain Stem Cell Patients, HLI (Nucleus Program) Patients, and the final close out of patients post the Medical Providers visit processes, as directed by the Medical Provider and outlined in the Medical Support Specialist key responsibilities. Maintain accurate electronic medical records for patients’ therapies services including all relevant lab work has been uploaded into the patient's chart Provide high level understanding and expectations to patients and help deliver instructions and education of services Maintain organized medical supplies, including ordering or advising of inventory needs, as directed Perform In-Body, STYKU, and Visia scans Create a positive and relaxing environment in the space Maintain a highly-organized, safe and clean work area Provides information and education for those who ask about IV vitamin therapy and/or IM treatments, Aesthetics, or other services provided by Next|Health Ability to work with individuals and groups safely, calmly, and in a friendly and efficient manner Provides brief consultations to first-time clients, within the scope of practice, by reviewing patient’s health history and reasons for wanting services Responsible to direct patients who are red flagged to the NP on site Assists staff with front store services, as directed Participates in periodic and mandatory medical meetings Other assignments as directed by NP and/or management Schedule management Call all missed / no show appointments and reschedule or accommodate Check all spreadsheets (hormones/ lab follow up/ etc.) and update them Greet patients in front and make sure all forms are filled out, etc. and bring patients back Inventory Management If you feel you are a perfect fit for this role, please submit a resume and cover letter.
