Job Description Excellent opportunity for a Marketing Campaign Specialist with more than 3 years of experience in campaigning to develop and expand their experience & responsibilities. You will work and share your experience with a young and dynamic team of campaign marketeers that give their all to personalize the online customer journey of our clients and supervise and improve their customer experience. You have a deep understanding of databases, customer segmentation models and email marketing. With skills in project management and multitasking you have a proven trackrecord of delivering multiple projects at once. You are highly numerate and able to understand, interpret and draw solid recommendations from data and combine this with a strong affinity for marketing, which shows in writing and copy editing skills. Under the responsibility of the CRM Team Leader, you will work closely with the whole Marketing team, as well as collaborate with other areas of business (e.g. Support, Purchasing and Logistics departments) to make sure we have all the necessary tools in place to keep our customers happy and our targets met. Main responsibilities Build/Manage the customer journeys proposing keep/get/increase campaigns Come up with innovative ideas for email based marketing campaigns, increasing customer Average, Customer Lifetime Value and loyalty. Collaborate with internal Web Designers and Developers in the creation of the online communication Monitor the campaigns and propose improvement if needed. Carry out research reports and competition analysis as required. Other duties as assigned We would be glad to work with you in our Liège (Wandre) offices. Profile/Requirements Good knowledge and experience with of Marketing Automation Tool technologies Strong interest in e-marketing Autonomous with good organizational and multi-tasking skills Good knowledge of MS Office products including Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work both in a team environment AND of your own initiative Highly motivated, goal driven, flexible and capable of working in a fast-paced environment Eager to learn Marketing/Communication experience > 3 years of experience in campaigning FR or NL Native, with good NL/FR+EN oral and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of German is very welcome.
