Our qualifications specialise in Early Childhood Teacher Education and Health & Wellbeing programs. An opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Administrator to join the college. Supporting the Human Resources Manager, the successful candidate will maintain the college's human resource administration duties including recruitment, payroll, appraisals, policy updates and our staff care program. The role will also support college events. The successful applicant will have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Have a proactive and team focused approach Sound planning and organisational skills A professional and confidential approach Administration experience (preferred) This role would suit: an experienced administrator already in/wanting to progress their career in human resources; or a graduate wanting to learn human resource fundamentals.
