MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: As a Sports Research Lab Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the Sports Research team in subject recruitment, mechanical, biomechanical and physiological testing, and perception-based data collections. You will assist in contributing to the lab's overall research goals. You will also assist in achieving project goals in the following areas: Assist in Fit and Wear testing. This includes tester selection, conducting tests, inspections, analysis and reporting Assist with 3D printing. This includes scheduling, preparing 3D files, operating and maintaining 3D machines, and processing finished models. REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS: Minimum of 3 years of education in a Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering undergraduate program. Experience working in a biomechanics, exercise physiology or mechanical engineering lab environment and assisting in data collections preferred. Must have experience working with human subjects. Strong communication and computer skills required. MatLab, Labview and statistical experience a plus.
