Position Summary: Builds a collaborative and trusted relationship with employees and managers to improve the overall employee experience. Develops and drives company-wide programs and initiatives for assigned client group - e.g. reward and recognition, performance management, workforce planning, employee engagement, learning and development, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and organizational change. Main Responsibilities: Consults with managers and internal Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities to develop and support hiring plans. Owns the onboarding process for assigned client group. Ensuring all employees receive a consistent experience which connects employees to the right tools and resources to support successful new hire activities. Interacts with managers and employees to investigate and resolve Employee Relations issues. Designs and delivers creative management training to address key areas of development that will upskill managers in HR policies and practices and address root causes of HR issues. Provides guidance on areas of organisation design and development in support of business strategy. Supports managers throughout any change. Manages and develops the Compensation and Benefit offering for region and client group. Ensuring programs remain attractive and competitive. Seeks ways to coach managers in Performance Management to develop and champion high performance culture. Ensures compliance with corporate policy at the business unit or regional level. Identifies and shares best practice and industry knowledge to shape HR programs and policies. Scans and benchmarks the marketplace to identify and leverage best practices and trends to influence the business and HR agenda. Owns assigned project work, identifying and resolving any issues early on and provides timely updates on progress. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualification Requirements: Demonstrates business and functional acumen by influencing work regionally to align business and HR strategy. Requires full working knowledge and understanding of HR legislation/employment law, principles, policies and procedures. Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritise multiple, competing demands and perform to deadlines. Highly detail orientated. Education and/or Certification Required: 10+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or 8+ years with a Master's degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience.
