Position Snapshot Nestlé Waters, Switzerland, Henniez Permanent Contract Full-time Minimum of 5 years of relevant operational and management experience at market / business level in several of the following areas: Demand & Supply Planning, Production Planning or Project Management in the area of Demand Supply Planning Position Summary In this role, you will lead the DSP team to achieve end to end optimisation by leveraging available resources and the entire pipeline inventory (Finished Goods, Raw Materials and Packaging Materials) to converge the same into increased value for the customer. A day in a life of a Demand & Supply Planning manager: Develop and coaches team members for personal and professional growth & secure that resources & capabilities are available within the DSP team Support and help the LEAN roll out by ensuring that a continuous improvement culture is developed and sustained Participate & support supply chain & production projects (new co-packer, new machine of production, innovation / renovation) Analyse and communicate relevant information to Senior Management by sharing the KPIs; highlighting performance gaps; detailing the impact of proposed actions and trade-offs; ensures actions are realistic and achievable Influence the team performance by challenging the workflow of the Demand and Supply Planning process Effective management of change by ensuring the implementation of Key processes across stakeholders What will make you successful Minimum of 5 years of relevant operational and management experience at market / business level in several of the following areas: Demand & Supply Planning, Production Planning or Project Management in the area of Demand Supply Planning Strong knowledge of the Consensus Demand Planning Process & Demand and Supply Planning Best Practices Strong ability to balance and manage priorities Fluent in French & English, any other language (Italian or German) is a plus Nestlé is 308,000 employees strong and are driven by the purpose of enhancing the quality of life and contributing to a healthier future.
