Responsibilities and Duties Visit rent defaulters and ensure compliance to tenant rent payment cycle. Visit security default owners and collect the same. First point of contact for any Safety and Security issue reported in the assigned area. Handle trespassing, theft and any other legal issue that might be reported from Nestaway properties. Handle cases of tenants misusing premises. Handle cases of tenants manhandling each other. Handle incidences related to non-adherence of existing tenancy policies. Address any safety and security-related concern raised by the owner and/or the residential housing society. Interact with local authorities from the Police, regarding any Safety and Security incident concerning Nestaway properties.
