We are looking for a talented candidate for the following position: ISO Lead (Senior Executive for Contracts & Corporate Secretariat) Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining business processes and system documentation Leading and administering the management systems (ISO 9000, OSHA 18000) certification process Facilitating the submission and compliance to statutory licenses, permits, variances from relevant governmental agencies and standards Providing support, advice, and training to facilitate the implementation of ISO system requirements Working with business units on the strategies and action plans Conducting audits, inspections and process training Analysing and reporting on ISO specific KPIs Responsible for conducting market/business research activities Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities and business plans, forecast budget comparison and conduct profit analysis Assist in the maintaining and updating of Corporate Governance and Code of Best Practices Requirements: Bachelor degree/Diploma in relevant discipline 3 years of experience in an ISO role ISO lead auditor certification will have ad added advantage Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills Excellent planning and organizational skills; able to work with diversity and varying demands Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and roll out systems Strong attention to detail with high level reporting skills Nera is committed to offering our employees a safe, engaging and fulfilling workplace, with considerable opportunities for advancement.
