Your job as Learning & Development Specialist As a Learning & Development specialist, you and your colleague are responsible for all the People Development activities. You become the owner of a couple of Nedap-wide programmes, where you are responsible for the development, implementation, and guaranteed quality of these programmes. That involves, among other things, thinking about development programmes for new employees like the Nedap introduction programme and the Nedap Survival Skills. Moreover, you will work intensively with courses on an organisational, team, and individual level. As a business partner, you take the lead in this respect: you develop programmes (if necessary with external parties) that match the strategic goals of Nedap and her business units. Also, you safeguard the quality of these programmes, you approach stakeholders, trainers, coaches that need to be involved in this, and you guarantee the correct implementation and evaluation. People Development at Nedap is part of the HR team. People Development consists of three people, including you; a Programme Manager People Development (educationalist) and a Planner Education & Training. As team members, you are each other’s sparring partners, with the common goal to take the development of your colleagues to a higher level. Required experience and skills as Learning & Development Specialist You have finished your bachelor’s degree (HBO or WO) in the area of education, didactics, or psychology and have been working for at least 5 years. Therefore, you have experience organising and developing more sophisticated training programmes and filling in individual development needs. Preferably, you have gained this experience at agencies and organisations in which L&D is a field of expertise. Furthermore, you have a good knowledge of English. You are the person we are looking for when you act with ultimate responsibility., if you think outside the box, and if you continuously learn from experience and evaluations.
