C’est au cours de cette période exaltante que Tangerine Software est née, et dès le départ l’un des meilleurs fournisseurs de solutions (ERP) du marché. Nous avons même collaboré pour donner vie à une solution d’intelligence d’affaires incroyable appelée Nectari. Depuis, Tangerine et Nectari ont poursuivi leur croissance, atteignant les marchés internationaux des logiciels et de la technologie. Ce qui nous a permis de rester à l’avant-garde du secteur, c’est le fait que nous avons toujours appliqué le même principe directeur. Le poste: Nous sommes à la recherche d’un candidat motivé et passionné par les données. Le candidat sera amené à travailler de façon autonome, et ce, en faisant preuve d’une grande capacité d’organisation, de gestion des priorités et de résolution de problèmes. Impliqué dans le cycle complet d’une solution BI, le candidat travaillera en collaboration avec l’analyste pour comprendre les besoins des clients afin de leur offrir un service impeccable. Responsabilités principales: Création de requêtes dans SQL Création de modèles de données Création de rapports, de vues et de tableaux de bords selon les besoins spécifiques des clients Réalisation de tests Mises à jour et migrations du Logiciel Nectari Support auprès des clients pour résoudre les problèmes Exigences: Solides connaissances en SQL et en bases de données relationnelles Capacité à travailler avec des cubes multi-dimensionnel Excellente capacité de communication orale et écrite Capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à penser de façon systémique Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets simultanément Connaissance globale des systèmes ERP Atouts: Connaissance des protocoles réseaux Expérience précédente de migration ou en support technique niveaux 1, 2, 3 Expérience avec Javascript Chez Tangerine Software, tu bénéficieras de: Un horaire flexible de 37,5h/semaine La possibilité de travailler dans le confort de ta maison, quand le projet le permet évidemment Un régime de retraite et un programme d’assurances complet Des congés supplémentaires à Noël! The position: We are currently looking for a motivated and data-driven candidate. The candidate will be expected to work independently while demonstrating a great ability for organization, priority management and problem solving. Involved in the full life cycle of BI solutions, the candidate will work in collaboration with the analyst to understand customer needs in order to offer them impeccable service. Main responsibilities: Creation of queries in SQL Creation of data models Creation of reports, views and dashboards according to specific customer needs Performing tests Updates and migrations of Nectari Software Customer support to resolve issues Requirements: Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases Ability to work with multi-dimensional cubes Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to solve problems and think systemically Ability to work on several projects simultaneously Global knowledge of ERP systems Assets: Knowledge of network protocols Previous migration or technical support experience levels 1, 2, 3 Experience with Javascript With Tangerine Software you’ll enjoy: A flexible 37.5 hours/week schedule Ability to work in your comfy clothes from home, well, when the project allows for it of course A comprehensive group insurance plan and retirement savings plan Extra days off at Christmas!
