We are currently recruiting for a Head of Digital Communications to deliver the Neal’s Yard Remedies brand strategy through digital communication channels. Salary: Competitive Role Responsibilities: Develop a measurable and actionable digital marketing plan to deliver the overarching Neal’s Yard Remedies brand plan Responsible for all branded digital content, including the overall look and feel of the Neal’s Yard Remedies consumer facing websites Responsible for all digital communications channels and platforms (including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest) Make media channel spend recommendations for paid digital advertising opportunities, including developing and maintaining an effective SEO and acquisition programme Providing strategic direction to our paid media agency running our PPC and paid social advertising campaigns Work in partnership with the ecommerce team within digital to devise a SEO strategy and implement a plan driving relevant and high-quality traffic on-line Work with the broader marketing teams and digital team to develop and deliver an effective email programme that supports the overarching brand plan, and is fully integrated with the Neal’s Yard Remedies loyalty scheme Provide digital communications support to deliver the overarching consumer journey Work closely with the commercial digital team to support the delivery of the digital channel sales targets and ecommerce strategy Provide support to the International and Wholesale channels regarding the use of branded digital content To be a strong and inspiring leader, leading the Digital Communications team to deliver outstanding results in all areas. To build a happy, productive and engaged team working to the highest standards. Recruiting new team members as needed in line with our Company approach and developing their skills and knowledge through impactful coaching and training opportunities. Ensure all elements of people management are carried out to the highest standards across all areas. This to include regular 1-1s, coaching, performance reviews, recruitment and induction, handling any performance issues. Actively communicate and collaborate across the business ensuring everyone who needs to know, does know and cascade Team Brief. To lead the values ‘Essence of Neal’s Yard’. Lead by example with a people focussed approach to all matters and in line with our values. Person Spesification: Educated to degree level Digital marketing expert with minimum 10 years’ experience Passionate about social media and evolving digital platforms Experience in developing content / managing content development Strong brand management and consumer insight experience Experienced in managing 3rd party suppliers and agencies Knowledge and experience of the luxury health and beauty category preferable Knowledge and experience of expanding into international markets, especially the US would be desirable Excellent project management and organisational skills Experienced in managing a broad-skilled team (technical as well as managerial) Strong commercial awareness Team player with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work cross-functionally Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience: Management: 3 years (Preferred) Digital Marketing: 6 years (Preferred)
