The search is on for a Marketing Assistant to join our global Marketing team here at Natterbox! You will thrive working in a fast-paced team environment and in return will gain buckets of experience in various aspects of Cloud Software and Telecommunications! The right candidate will become an integral part of our growing Australian team, assisting where needed, working as part of a team and at times alone, supported at all times by the larger Marketing team based in the UK. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of event set up and execution, effective client communications, demand generation, email marketing, and social media tactics. You will need to be inventive, clever, and open to sharing ideas. Attention to detail and consistency is a must, branding and creative writing skills are a plus. The ideal candidate is looking to build on their current marketing experience within a fast growing, fast paced organisation. *Responsibilities Planning and executing various impactful events. These include Salesforce events, collaborating with partners on events and our own Natterbox events. This should include pre- and post-event follow up, tracking registrations and promotional materials. Plan email campaigns to our current marketing list with a plan to build that prospect list through various Marketing campaigns. Experience with Pardot would be a bonus in order to create email templates and landing pages for individual activities. Update and create content for Australian markets. To include eBooks, blogs and social media content. Supporting our Product Marketing Manager by conducting local market research including competitive analysis, social media topic research, speaking opportunities etc. Assist in building our B2B demand generation strategy and nurture program for the region. Support Marketing Operations with database cleansing post events to ensure data is of a good quality for CRM upload. Contribute to the management of agency relationships and process from concept, brief to implementation/execution. Administrative support as needed.
