CSIR-NPL, New Delhi (a constituent laboratory of CSIR) desires to have qualified incumbents for purely temporary and contractual positions of under the various ongoing externally funded & time targeted sponsored projects as under: Consultant No. of posts: 02 Code: GAP-181132 Qualification: Ph.D (Sciences/Engineering) + Minimum 15 Years experience of R&D/Policy formulation/Implementation in Air Pollution. Or M.Tech (Environmental Sciences) + Minimum 15 Years experience of R&D/Policy formulation/ Implementation in Air Pollution Desirable: 1. Operational & Technical knowledge of Online Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (OCEMS). 2. Operational & Technical knowledge of Continuous Emission Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Systems (CAAQMS). 3. Knowledge and experience in implementation/documentation of quality management and quality control system as per the standards like ISO 17025, ISO 9001etc. 4. Retired Govt. Employee with grade Pay (6th CPC) of 10000 and above. Job Description: 1. To help in preparation of technical documents related to the proposed testing, calibration and certification facility for OCEMS & CAAQMS in line with the National regulatory guidelines. 2. To help in preparation of quality documents related to the proposed testing, calibration and certification facility for OCEMS & CAAQMS to fulfil the requirements different IS/ISO/IEC guidelines. 3. Contribute in the interaction with the stakeholders and help the core team for generation of certification framework based on received feedbacks.
