Job Summary: The Group's objective of exapnding fund-raising and engagement through market analysis, business development, partnership and client relationship management with corporations, foundations, groups and individuals. Via role in Donor Management to: Support the management of donor database analysis and donation receipting; Support donor stewardship and growth (including SHARE programme) through data management, analysis, and reporting; Support any development, implementation & maintenance of ICT & CRM systems under FREG to meet users' needs; Support development of any donor care plans (including preparation of reports for acknowledgement and engagement of donors & partners); Generate any neccessary donor reports for other teams in Community Chest as part of outreach and business development, or for reporting to Ministeries, Board and Committees; and Support the department in the organisation of Community Chest Awards for acknowledgement of key donors & partners. Key Responsibilities and Activities: Data analysis & Reporting Conduct business analysis for fund-raising to identify business needs and determine solutions to promote fund-raising. Manage and organise database to ensure accurate and effective records of donors and funds received. Develop, generate and analyse outcome/donor reports to support donor outreach strategies (including stewardship of individual donors on SHARE programme); and reporting to funders and stakeholders. Manage mailing lists and be custodian towards donor data security, and work with other Community Chest departments or external agencies to leverage databases to support analysis for business development and engagement. Work with internal departments (e.g. other Community Chest teams & Finance to produce accurate fund tracking and reporting. Technology Lead and manage any system developments, service enhancement and maintenance work for Community Chest, to improve work efficiency & productivity for donor data management. This includes scoping of work, identifying and managing vendors, seeking budget approval and project management during implementation. Identify systems and tools to drive productivity and innovation for FREG. Other duties: Organise and oversee donor stewardship services and initiatives to ensure high level of service and positive engagement towards Community Chest and NCSS. Organise administrative and coordination support for Community Chest Awards and any other functions/events, as assigned by HOD or HOD's designate. Skills & Knowledge: IT Savvy, with proficient knowledge in systems development and Microsoft Excel Strong math and data analysis skills Good language skills (written & spoken) Knowledge of social service sector and Gebiz procurement process will be an added advantage. Experience: Preferable with 8 years of relevant experience for SM position. People-Private Public sector experience an added advantage
