Our new team member will be responsible for developing and executing data management strategies for research projects in medical education carried out by the Division of Cancer Education (Ethics & Professionalism Education Unit), liaising with principal investigators and study team members on conducting and managing education research projects across a variety of topics ranging from ethics and professionalism to conceiving how cancer affects the identity of patients and caregivers and how work in this field affect how healthcare professionals think about their personal and professional identities. Membership in this team brings with it a unique opportunity to learn and carry out systematic scoping reviews, mixed methods studies and qualitative interviews with a team of time constrained but eager healthcare professionals driven by the desire to change the way we think about patient care and how we support fellow professionals in every field of cancer care.
