Responsibilities: Review and draft various commercial agreements such as confidentiality agreements, software subscription agreements, professional services agreements, partnership agreements and other agreements based on Nakisa's needs; Negotiate such contracts with Nakisa's clients, partners or other external stakeholders; Ensure contractual obligations are in line with Nakisa's policies, procedures and risk tolerance; Support the legal department in areas relating to corporate maintenance, provide legal advice to internal departments such as marketing, IT, Operations or other. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Law; Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; Experience in contract management, contract review and processing; Experience in managing arbitration and litigation matters; Experience in managing external law firms with litigation mandates; Transactional and contracting experience; Excellent communication skills to convey corporate requirements both internally and externally; Strong business acumen to balance legal risk and business opportunity; Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines; Ability to work in an fast-paced and rapidly evolving landscape; Meticulous and attentive to details; Good knowledge of MS Office suites; Fluency in English is required. Good to have: Fluency in French; Previous experience in the software industry; Experience in a consulting or service organization.
