Who we are looking for? We are searching for an enthusiastic Team Manager to step into this new and exciting role leading our team in HMP & YOI Doncaster to support our service users to successfully re-settle into the community following release from prison. You’ll manage a team of delivery staff and oversee their delivery of resettlement interventions and pre-release planning, ensuring that services are effective, innovative and tailored to the needs of the service user. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Liaising with a wide range of external agencies in order to best position the staff team to achieve positive outcomes for service users, such as housing providers, local authorities, substance misuse providers etc. Be responsible for all aspects of line management for a staff team in custody Designing and delivering effective interventions in order to address a wide range of service user needs Ensuring that risks are considered and services are tailored to each individual service user· Representing the service within the prison, at networking events and at relevant meetings We are really looking for candidates who have passion for leading teams and supporting service users. This role will be based in HMP Doncaster but will require travel throughout Doncaster A DBS check will be required for this role. A full driving license and own vehicle is required to be successful in this role.
