Permanent - Full Time Location: Pilbara This is an exciting time to join NRW Civil & Mining as we are seeking a Maintenance Planner with experience working on Civil Projects for our newly awarded FMG Iron Bridge Project in the Pilbara. To be considered for this position you must possess the following as a minimum: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the Civil sector Exposure to fleet planning and maintenance of large Civil mobile plant fleets Experience in the heavy vehicle industry Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills Ability to prioritise and coordinate large volumes of work concurrently Proficient with modern IT application including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and exposure to CMMS systems Ability to work with minimal supervision A strong commitment to safety in the workplace As a Maintenance Planner you will be responsible for but not limited to: Preparation, planning & implementation of maintenance schedules Ensuring that the equipment on site is repaired and serviced in line with the maintenance strategy and agreed budgets Review impacts, test scenarios and propose solutions to competing schedule demands Procurement, expediting and ongoing communication with suppliers and warehouse to ensure material availability Providing communication channels, interface and coordination between sub-contractors, projects team and operations Monitor actual progress (at site level), compare to baseline and report progress and outcomes against schedule Schedule and track component change out planning Asset management and servicing sheet process management Recording and maintaining accurate records in all related databases and filing systems for maintenance records and data Submitting maintenance forecasts Establish that cost parameters have been established and are compiled with Communicate all planning through NRW maintenance department in Perth Provide feedback to the maintenance superintendents where machine budget changes are required About the opportunity: Family friendly 2/1 roster FIFO from Perth Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent Excellent rates, conditions and benefits Full time employment with full leave entitlements Long term employment prospects Income Protection Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Discounted Private Health Insurance Career progression for motivated and innovative individuals Salary Sacrifice options available About us: NRW Civil & Mining is proud to be one of the leading civil and mining contractors in the Australian resources and infrastructure sectors.
