Job Summary Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in arts (fine arts or related field) - Experience as an art director in an advertising agency - Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. - A strong eye for visual composition. - Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. - Able to give and receive constructive criticism. - Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and social media designs. - Experience with computer-aided design. - Experience: 2-4 years in advertising industry - Should have worked in advertising agency/social media agency - Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials. - Should be able to work on Social media campaigns and ideate for the same - Should be able to pitch for new clients in terms of concepts and designs - Should be able to deliver jobs efficiently and in short time - Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval. - Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed. - Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
