Your Impact Bringing with you your Customer Service experience and technical aptitude, you’ll take ownership of managing an established customer base of commercial clients, handling phone/email enquiries, orders and returns. Other responsibilities include: Responsible for supporting customers and internal specialist divisions in providing assistance with Quotations, Pricing and Availability, Orders, Returns, Services, Logistics. Investigating queries and determine resources needed to respond/provide solutions to customer requests for assistance. Liaising with various internal departments to assist customer enquiries regarding products, services, returns and technical issues. About You We’re an ‘easy to do business with team’ who have the industry know how and the passion to support and work with our customers. We’re looking for a team player who has a technical aptitude and the passion and drive to become an expert in NHP’s products and business. Sound familiar?
