Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for the NGenious Solutions which includes, Global Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Vendor Management, Event Management, Product Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Demand Generation / Lead Generation Activities, Web Seminars & Blog management, Campaign Management, Market Research etc. Develop communication roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables and plan unified communication strategies through all mediums of communication to target audience Identify marketing opportunities and develop success strategies to leverage them. Developing Contents for Brochures, Website, Technical sites, PR. Comfortable managing Webinars to provide Demos. Coordinate and review content creation & publishing of newsletters (internal or external), organization's website, and social media pages etc. Accountable for brand initiatives and provide marketing leadership to all brand building related activities by ensuring brand consistency. Responsible for marketing budget plan and meeting organization goals Qualification & Eligibility: MBA with marketing specialization or equivalent Graduate with a good command over the verbal and written Communication. Minimum experience should be 5-8 years in Marketing. Familiarity in working with any leading technology organization. Experience with social media marketing and marketing automation tool is a must. Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties. A passionate and result oriented marketing, branding and communications professional with hands-on technology expertise in multiple facets of the marketing.
