You’ll build on our proven track record as a Nordic leader with 50 years of experience and strengths in delivering innovative and reliable payment solutions. Your key responsibilities are to support and coach managers and teams in improving on their value based agile setup, to promote sharing and collaboration and encourage continuos learning. This has an important role in the transition into Mastercard next year. Your professional acumen and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s your personality that makes the difference to succeed in this role. Especially the little twists we all have that makes us personalities instead of just a person. Your professional qualifications include: Hands on experience with Agile methodologies, ie. as Scrum Master or Product Owner Knowledge of cross domain scaled agile methodologies like, SAFe, LESS or Scrum@Scale Enjoy leading small or big changes – inspecting and adapting to create value. Understanding people as well as process Coaching or training experience and passion Strong English communication both written and verbal Besides that little twist in your personality that makes you, we are looking for a colleague who: Structured, ambitious and quality focused Both practical and operational approach to work tasks. Understand how to create change and the use of servant-leadership Clear business understanding You are outgoing, open and a good team player.
